She works closely with leadership to streamline workflows, manage client communications, and maintain efficient internal systems that support the firm’s continued growth.
Laura graduated from Montclair State University with a degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Business.
Outside of the office, Laura enjoys spending time with her family, especially her husband and their three boys. Weekends are often spent on the sidelines cheering the boys on at baseball, basketball, football, and wrestling events, embracing the teamwork and dedication that inspire her both at home and at work.
